About the event

Welcome to Wellness Wednesday, a dedicated day each month where we promote the mental well-being of our student members. We understand the demands of academic life and the importance of striking a balance between learning and self-care. That's why for one Wednesday each month, we have curated a series of unique events and activities, each thoughtfully designed to help ease the struggles of mental health and promote mental wellbeing.

 

Our Wellness Wednesday events cover a wide range of interests and activities including origami making, self-guided meditation, affirmation jar activities and so much more! It's an opportunity to take a break from your routine, de-stress, and connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for mental health.

 

There's no need to register – just show up and take part in the activities that suit your interest. We're committed to providing you with a platform to relax and enjoy.
