About the event
This year’s AGM will take place on November 25, 2025 in TransAlta Hall
As required by SABVC's Bylaws, the AGM is a key meeting where we review our accomplishments, share a financial report for the past year, and present the proposed budget for the upcoming year.
Each member will have the opportunity to cast their vote to approve the proposed budget, enabling SABVC to continue its mission with your valuable support.
