Offers free counselling and programming to help with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. Walk-ins welcome and appointments available.

Offers up to 12 free sessions of individual counselling for eligible individuals living on low incomes. It is mainly offered if you're already connected with CUPS, but if you are new to CUPS, you may visit for a walk-in to complete a Mental Health Intake form.

Offers single session counselling in person or online using a sliding scale where clients set their own fee. Although the model is “single session,” individuals can book any time they need support.
