Promoting Mental
Well-Being, Connecting Students to Support

At SABVC, we are committed to creating a campus environment that supports the mental health and well-being of all students. Through our Mental Health and Wellness Program, we:

Promote positive mental health and wellness.

Connect students with available mental health resources and supports.

Advocate for mental health awareness and stigma reduction across BVC.

Events with Wellness

We have events to help you recharge, connect, and prioritize your mental health.

  • Wellness Wednesday/Crafternoon

  • Puppy Room – Pet therapy with PALS

  • Free Bites Friday & Breakfast Break – A food security and mental health initiative designed to help promote food security on campus, connection, and mental well-being.

  • Annual Events – Including International Self-Care Day and other campus wellness initiatives.

  • Stress Less Week – A full week of stress-relief activities during exam season.
