From October 5–11, take a few minutes for yourself. The Students’ Association of Bow Valley College is a proud partner of National Depression Screening Day (NDSD) and The Calgary Counselling Centre.

Between classes, assignments, exams, work, relationships, and everything else life throws at you, it can be easy to put your mental health on the back burner. And when things pile up, it can be easy for your mental health to take a backseat. As part of NDSD, we’re inviting students to check in on how they’re feeling by taking a free, anonymous quiz at areyoufeelingok.com. It only takes a few minutes and could be the first step toward feeling better. The quiz can help you better understand how you’re feeling, and connect you with affordable, local resources if you need additional support.

What to know about the quiz:

Available between October 5–11

Offered in six languages

Can be taken on any computer, tablet, or phone

Takes 3–5 minutes to complete

Completely free and confidential

Helps you better understand how you’re feeling

Provides resources for accessing mental health support
